This Fort was built by Matti Rajas in 1303 AD in the medieval era of Indian History. This fort is located in Sidhout Village, Kadapa. This Temple-Fort stood tall even after many invasions from various tyrants around the world to destroy the ancient knowledge and culture.

The Name of this village came after Siddhas, (Masters) who used to live there and preach self-knowledge to the people under banyan trees.

Chaitanya Mahaprabhu also visited this Temple and he said like this about this place ‘Nisiha Dekhiya rekailanathi siddhavaihi amrithastitipati.’

People say that this Temple is a gateway to Dakshinakashi. This place is also called as Siddhavata in the medieval era. The Government should not neglect these ancient monuments.
